email Bill	Bill McLain - Head Coach/Varsity Boys  Bill returns for his fourth season with the varsity boys, this year   as head coach of Wilson Crew.  He began coaching at Wilson in Fall 2005,   as an assistant under Linda Miller.  Hailing from Penn State's   College of Engineering, Bill is a structural engineer in the   District.  While at Penn State, he rowed and served as team captain   and club president for the Nittany Lions.  Bill enjoys training for   and competing in triathlons and coaching alongside his faithful   launch companion, Puppi.
	Nyala Watkins - Asst Coach/Varsity Boys One of Wilson's own - Nyala graduated as a captain of the women's rowing team in 1996 and moved on to graduate from Syracuse University as a captain of the women's varsity team there. Her coaching experience is rooted in the Syracuse Chargers Master's team.

	Elyse Lerum - Freshmen Coach/Novice Girls This will be Elyse's fourth season with Wilson Crew as the novice girls' coach.  Born and raised in Wisconsin, Elyse rowed in high school for the Mendota Rowing Club.  She then went on to row and captain the University of California Women's Crew team.  Elyse is currently a science teacher at Alice Deal Middle School and when she has found time, has competed with the Open Women's rowing program at Thompson Boat Center.
	Laura Beaufort - Assistant Coach Laura is in her first year of coaching Wilson crew. A returning Tiger, she rowed for Bryan Tylander and graduated in 2003. She attended the honors program at the University of Delaware, and was elected captain of the women's rowing team her senior year. She currently works at a software company downtown, and enjoys competing with TBC's Open Women's program.
